Levy Tewel

A NYC native from Crown Heights, Brooklyn, Levy went into sales at a young age. His diverse background taught him to be fierce and persistent, yet kind and considerate, while most importantly, making people smile. He treats every transaction as though he is a matchmaker, with great care and understanding, along with a no-pressure approach that inspires trust and confidence.

 

Closing the first deal with a client is only the opener, Levy says. He strives to go above and beyond for each buyer, seller and renter, not only through the entire transaction, but even well after the deal is done. Relationships are key in his book, as is satisfying his clients and making them happy with their experience, so they refer and come back to him for their next sale or rental.

 

A Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker and Team Leader, Levy has been in real estate since 2011. He built his own extremely successful company, Uptown Flats, to three offices with 15 agents under his lead, successfully closing over 1000 real estate transactions, until being approached by some of the top firms in New York City. Levy brought his talents and his team to one of the largest firms in the country. He specializes in various neighborhoods and property types, from Upper Manhattan, Harlem, the Bronx and Brooklyn, to the NJ Suburbs in Bergen County, whether handling sales, rentals, investments, or new development marketing.
