Make A Payment

I authorize Uptown Flats LLC (d/b/a Tewel Team) to charge the credit card indicated in this authorization form according to the terms outlined above. This payment authorization is for the services described above, for the amount indicated above only, and is valid for one-time use only. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company, provided that the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated in this form.

PAYMENT TERMS: Prospective Tenant shall make payment to Uptown Flats LLC. The payment shall be made by Credit Card through this form. Uptown Flats agrees to submit Prospective Tenant’s completed application to the Landlord.

RETURN OF COMMISSION MONEY: (1) If denied, payment will be refunded. (2) If accepted and a lease is signed, fee is earned and applied to commission. (3) If accepted but declined by the tenant, fee is retained. (4) For "no fee" properties, 1 and 3 still apply. If no fee is due, refund will be issued.
